2013 is a new year full of new opportunities, and the Glee on FOX promotions department has taken advantage of this, and the hiatus, to issue a series of scrapbook-style cards. We were particularly interested in these two, promoting the journeys of two prominent Glee couples:

I'm about to send my letter to Fox. Then I realised that I probably can't put my address, because we're in the middle of rebuilding our house, so we're short-term renting. It's complicated. Is it OK that I don't put my address? I have got my name, phone and email address though.
AnonymousRecommend you use the address of your usual residence, the one that’s being rebuilt. There’s almost zero chance FOX will respond to your letter [it is not in their interests to do so!], but it’s important to establish your bona fides as an actual, verifiable real life individual. Hope that helps. And don’t forget a one-sentence summary of your main points at the top of your letter! Thanks so much for writing :)

We, at the GEP, want to thank all you supporters for such a great response. It has been great to see so many of you energized, equipped and ready to question FOX about the LGBT issues in Glee that matter to you. So thank you!
As it is a major US holiday, we’ll be taking a brief hiatus (briefer than Glee’s hiatuses!) with a more minimal posting schedule. We have some great content planned for after the holidays and there will be news about Comic Con for which to watch out too.
In the meantime, make sure you’ve sent your letter to FOX or made that call. Or both! Remember- it doesn’t have to be long (brief, heartfelt and personal is much better). Over our Holiday Hiatus, we’ll still re-blog some of the letters we’ve seen and loved so why not blog your letter and tag it #GEP or #Glee Equality Project?

Sending an email to FOX is a waste of your time - and a waste of what could have been a valuable individual letter FOX would have had to count and keep. We want everyone’s voice to be heard by FOX, not go into a black hole.
But if you’re still more comfortable expressing yourself in an email, please send your email to gepletters@gmail.com Include your full name and postal address, and we’ll print and mail to FOX for you. The email doesn’t have to be a mile long; just from the heart. The service is confidential.
We have a lot of experience campaigning. To guarantee that your letter counts, pop a one sentence summary at the top. E.g. Glee: Brittana lack of dialogue; Klaine lack of PDA. Even if no more is read, it will get to the right department and count in the right place.

I'm sending a letter internationally. Do I put my address on the letter/envelope anywhere? :)
AnonymousIt’s always a great idea to put your return address on the back of the envelope. If the airmail envelope doesn’t impress the FOX employee right away, that international address will do the job. We’re trying to make ourselves real to FOX as well as making our voices heard and a fan caring that much about their show they’ll write from overseas? It’s a really big deal.
